ZY-471X Fully Automatic Bevel Straight Edge Banding Machine

ZY471 is a multifunctional edge banding machine, specializing in the production of bevel straight, pure bevel and straight edge banding, with the function of one machine for three shapes. From milling to forming, it is completed in one go, and the intelligent operation and processing are smooth. Important features to meet efficient production and meet diversified market needs.

1.Control panel: The panels can be continuously added at intervals of 3 seconds to achieve batch production. It has an automatic recording function to avoid material waste caused by overproduction.

2.Automatic feeding device:from milling to forming, completed in one go, no manual operation required.

3.Pressure beam: Electric lifting, made of a whole piece of aluminum profile, with strict dimensional tolerance, and the bottom beam is widened and thickened to increase its load-bearing capacity and durability.

4.Milling unit: equipped with 2 sets of diamond pre-milling cutters, high milling precision, strong wear resistance, reduced replacement frequency, flat milling without burrs.

5.Edge banding slotting: The height and depth of the edge banding slotting can be adjusted. The slotting height is digitally displayed, and the operation is intuitive and easy to adjust.

6.Pressing: Adopting twelve independent staggered pressing, through the combination of 7 groups of straight pressing and 4 groups of inclined pressing, and all adopting floating structure design, to meet the pressing needs of different angles, making the edge banding more firmly pressed. A group of inclined pressing is specially added, which is specially used for pure inclined mode edge banding operations.
