KN700-3 Edge Banding and Trimming All-in-one Machine:
Achieved "right edge banding and left trimming" molding in one machine, creating two functions in one machine.
Edge Banding:
1.Glue pot assembly: 2600ml, dual-purpose PUR and EVA, internal layer (does not stick to the wall of the glue pot, no waste of glue), one-click glue discharge, easy glue replacement.
2.Auxiliary automatic feeding: edge banding assists automatic feeding, freeing your hands, suitable for circles, ovals, rounded rectangles, etc.
3.Hot air assistance: The edge banding strip or plate can be heated to make the bonding stronger in winter.
4.Edge banding and docking: Using infrared laser induction, the docking error is ±0.3mm, and the head and tail are precisely docked without additional manual operations.
5.Secondary auxiliary laminating wheel: The edge banding strip and the plate are pressed twice to increase the firmness.
6.Anti-reverse walking plate: A new U-shaped limit groove is added to prevent the edge banding from rebounding, floating up and down, and smooth tape feeding.
Trimming:
1.Trimming start and stop device: photoelectric device, automatically sensing the plate, if no plate is sensed after 5 seconds, the rotation will stop.
