1.Touch screen: intuitive operation and easy management, parameters can be adjusted quickly, plates can be continuously added at intervals of 3 seconds, with automatic recording function to avoid material waste caused by overproduction.

2.Automatic feeding device: side plate design is adopted to ensure stability and firmness during operation, and reduce material damage caused by vibration or offset.

3.Pressure beam: electric lifting pressure beam, the bottom beam adopts a widened and thickened design, with strict dimensional tolerances, which increases its load-bearing capacity and durability.

4.Milling unit:Standard diamond pre-milling cutter, high milling accuracy, strong wear resistance, reduced replacement frequency, smooth milling without burrs.

Of course, we will also ask you some questions, such as plate size, plate thickness, equipment voltage, number of workers, and so on. With so many types of products, there is always one that is suitable for you.

Q2: Can your edge banding machine use PUR adhesive?
A: PUR glue has high requirements for glue pots. We recommend using models such as F14620-3700-3350 for up glue pots, depending on your specific needs.
