F370 fully automatic soft forming edge banding machine can operate the standard set shapes of boards: J shape, C shape. The edge banding shape can be customized to L shape, X shape. It is suitable for handleless cabinet doors that are fashionable, classic and simple.
1.The F370 edge banding machine is with high-strength structural steel plates, which has high strength and stability. It is fully automatic and does not need manual operation. It has a high-power conveying motor and stable conveying. It is equipped with a widening strip for large plate operation (it increases by 50cm when pulled) , the machine has a long service life.
2.The F370 edge banding machine has a precise and compact internal structure design, stable system, simple operation touch screen , one machine to achieve multiple effects, JCXL shape, smooth intelligent operation, fast production speed and stable quality.
3.The F370 edge banding machine has eight functions: pre-milling, gluing, bonding, end cutting, trimming, scraping, polishing, and cleaning.
4.The F370 edge banding machine is equipped with three sets of profile milling, two sets of vertical fine milling, diamond profile milling cutters, high-power milling combination, smooth cutting surface, and one-button lifting system, making tool replacement quick and easy.
5.The F370 edge banding machine has four direct pressing and eight flexible hot pressing. The pressing unit has three independently adjustable modules, the upper, middle and lower. It is equipped with a digital display temperature control system and can independently set the expected temperature.
6.The F370 edge banding machine is equipped with a heat preservation and softening device that can reach 70°C during the molding process to ensure the softening of the edge band before molding and avoid the loss of production materials caused by insufficient fit in a low-temperature production environment.
