F350 Beveled and Straight Fully Automatic Edge Banding Machine:

1. The internal structure of the machine is designed to be precise and compact, convenient for transportation, dedicated for special aircraft, and stable for the system.
2. Adopting a glue pot and a glue cleaning device, the glue pot has a capacity of 2600ml and can use EVA and PUR glue. It can automatically open and close the glue with one click, making it easy to change the glue. It can be sol aged for 5-10 minutes and the sealing strip can be evenly coated.
3. 2L air storage tank with better pneumatic pressure.
4. Automatic feeding device, conveying motor, stable and powerful operation. After inserting the sheet metal, the milling motor directly shapes the straight edge sheet metal into a 45 degree oblique angle, from milling to edge sealing, forming in one go. Intelligent operation is smooth, with fast production speed and stable quality, without the need for manual operation.
5. 8 independent pressure stickers, 4 straight surfaces, and 4 inclined surfaces. The straight and inclined surfaces are independent pressure stickers, ensuring that the edge banding strip is tightly pressed onto the board. The pressure stickers are equipped with a scraping function to scrape off excess hot melt adhesive from the board, and 2 auxiliary heating devices are added to make the edge banding strip adhere more firmly.
6.This machine adopts diamond milling cutters with larger crusher blades with a diameter of 20mm. The milling shape is flat and free of burrs, and the blades can be reused after grinding. Diamond milling cutters are faster and more durable, with pneumatic lifting and easy replacement of blades.
